Consumer's Rights

You have the right to return your whole order or part of it without having to announce the reason why you want to return the products, within 5 working days from the date you receive them, under the condition that you choose another product from our shop. You must send the product in the excellent condition in which you received it, namely without having opened its package, and confirming that the special marks on the product have not been removed. In case the reason of return concerns a mistake by our company, we undertake to incur the cost of the dispatch to you and the return of the product.

In case of product return, their replacement shall be completed within days from the date we receive them. In case the reason of return concerns a mistake by our company, PARANOIA undertakes to send a courier again, to the address you have specified for the reception of the order, at its own expenses. From the moment the product leaves you, PARANOIA receives it within 1-2 working days for return in Greece and through GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI, or within 3-5 working days for returns from foreign countries through UPS. In case you choose other transport agencies, we cannot guarantee the time we shall receive the products your return. After we receive the product, we shall immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail about the way it shall be settled.
